Although we are sad to see her go, we are delighted to share that Kirsten Kwan has accepted a position as a Case Analyst at HeartFlow Inc! Kirsten was the very first person to join the CardSS Lab after Dr. Boyle moved here from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She has made major contributions to many projects, including our work on comparison of different segmentation techniques for atrial LGE-MRI scans.
It is amazing that Kirsten will be returning to her home state of California to do work related to her undergraduate research in the lab. We have no doubt that she will quickly become a master of her imaging domain at HeartFlow, just as she has in our lab.
