Tanishka Goplani Heads to Switzerland to Study Abroad

We are very proud to share that Tanishka Goplani has been admitted into the Engineering Switzerland study abroad program with the University of Washington for Early Fall 2026! In Lausanne and Geneva, she will be studying the fundamentals of electrical engineering at EPFL — Swiss Federal Technology Institute of Lausanne, Europe’s most cosmopolitan technical university renowned for pioneering research and innovation. She will also engage with Swiss researchers to learn more about ongoing scientific discoveries and visit the CERN facility to observe the world’s largest particle accelerator!

Tanishka Goplani is a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a dual degree in Bioengineering and Finance with a minor in Applied Mathematics. In Switzerland, she hopes to investigate cardiac engineering and connect her learnings to power her research in the CardSS Lab.

We are so excited to see what Tanishka will accomplish going forward! Bonne chance à Lausanne!
